I can see what others overlook
Meet Orya
Growing up across different parts of the United States, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to experience and see so much of the world. One of my earliest memories of falling in love with film was seeing Shrek in theaters for the first time. I wasn’t just captivated by the movie—I fell in love with the entire experience of being in a theater.
As I got older, so did the theaters. The seats became more comfortable, the screens became bigger, and somehow, movies that probably had no business being in theaters found their way onto the big screen. But one of my favorite theater experiences came from watching Twilight with one of my best friends. That’s when I realized something important about filmmaking: it begins psychologically.
Twilight was her horror film. To me, it was a soap opera.
We were watching the exact same movie, sitting in the same theater, but experiencing completely different stories.
My mom handed me a camera when I was about nine years old, and ever since then, I’ve been drawn to creating, exploring, and finding new ways to express what I see. I’ve always been outgoing and creative, and I try to bring that same individuality into my work.
Because at the end of the day, creatives don’t just see differently—they see what others might overlook.
And speaking of different perspectives…
My approach
Everyone is different. Every brand is different. Every story is different.
That’s why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to creativity. Every project deserves its own formula—one built around its story, its audience, its identity, and what makes it different.
My approach starts with perspective. I take the time to understand what I’m looking at before deciding how I want others to see it. I pull from my experiences, my curiosity, and the perspectives of the people I’m creating for to build something that feels intentional and authentic.
Whether I’m producing, developing a brand, or telling a story, I’m not interested in simply making something look good. I want to understand why it exists, who it’s for, and how we can make people feel something when they experience it.
Because if every project is different, the way we tell it should be, too.
01
DEEP DISCOVERY
I begin over project with deep discovery from understanding the audience to strategic goals , forming the foundation we’ll build on. This phase shapes everything that follows.
02
EXPLORE DIRECTION
Strategy meets craft in the concept phase. Together we’ll develop ideas, explore directions, and refine them until the path is clear.Nothing moves to execution until the vision is sharp and strategy is sound.
